• Providing administrative support to the Project team • Establish, maintain and on project completion, demobilise temporary offices, stores and welfare facilities for the duration of the project if necessary • Manage clerical / secretarial service to senior managers and staff • Ensure smooth running of the office on daily basis • Compiling confidential and commercial documents: JV Board Reports, Responsible Procurement report and letters • Manage Office logistics including office moves, seating plans, organising IT, and arranging access for staff and network access • Organising and managing of medium and large scale events, such as Christmas parties and team building. This includes sourcing venues, catering, logistics and guest list management

Eligibility Criteria

• Demonstrable Office management experience • Good interpersonal and organisational skills • Experience of working on a JV project (though not essential) • Computer competence (MS Word, Excel, Power Point). • Relevant CSCS Card
