Description


We have an exciting new opportunity for you to train, earn and learn. Camden Council’s Business Support service is offering an opportunity for a Camden resident or former Camden Secondary School student to become Apprentice Customer Service Officer. Through the apprenticeship you will gain practical experience working for Contact Camden whilst pursuing a Customer Service Apprenticeship qualification at Level 2.


Eligibility Criteria


• Be a Camden resident, Camden care leaver or former Camden Secondary School student • NOT already have a level 2 qualification in Business Administration or similar subject • Have lived in the UK or another EU country for the past 3 years Additional information: Camden Council values the diversity of its community and aims to have a workforce that reflects this. Other Information


Contact Camden is the main contact point for the community when they want to contact the Council. Working as a CSO, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assessing their needs and providing advice and either resolving their query directly or referring them onto other services. You will learn about a range of services and channels (face to face, telephone, multi-media etc) provided by the Council so that you can resolve customer enquiries accurately.
