To learn to lead on projects and team priorities as well as providing administrative, project and community support to the Community Partnerships Team and commit to completing a level 4 Associate Project Management apprenticeship qualification. The Community Partnership Team aims to create a cohesive and resilient borough, working closely with Camden’s voluntary and community sector organisations. There are 10 Community Partners within the team, each leading on projects which deliver the strategic objectives outlined in the Camden 2025 Plan and the Voluntary and Community Sector (VCS) Strategy including Community Cohesion and Resilience. The team encourages innovation and partnership working between the community and the Council to find solutions which include reaching communities where there isn’t currently good representation. They are also responsible for promoting the importance of the VCS in building stronger communities, both across the Council and to external partners.

Eligibility Criteria

- Be a 18+ years old Camden resident/Camden care leaver/former Camden Primary or Secondary School student - Have been resident in the UK / EU for the last 3 years - Have relevant ID proving right to work in the UK, that you MUST provide at the pre-screening session and Level 3 qualifications, including A levels, NVQ/SVQ Level 3, or a BTEC National - Not have an Level 4 apprenticeship in Project Management

Other Information

• Knowledge of MS Office; specifically Word, Outlook and Excel. • Knowledge and awareness of the benefits of digital technology in connecting people • Some knowledge of or interest in the voluntary sector / charities or in communities • Some knowledge or interest in project management • A strong commitment towards successfully completing the NVQ in level 4 Associate Project Management
